Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Roneva Bouw is a trade name of PCS Infra, located at Hongkongstraat 20, 3047 BS Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KVK): 85750611. VAT id: NL004139994B58. We are the controller for the personal data you share with us through this website and during your project. Contact: info@roneva.nl or via WhatsApp: +31 6 84 32 91 08.

2. What data we collect

• Quote form: name, phone number, e-mail address, city, the type of work, your description, your language choice and the page or campaign through which you found us.
• Questionnaire: your answers about the property and your wishes (for example year of construction, rooms, desired finish), whether you want a call appointment and your remarks about photos.
• Direct contact: what you send us by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp.
• During the project: project address, appointments, quotes, invoices and photos of the work.

3. What we use your data for

• Answering your request, planning a site survey and preparing a quote (performance of, or steps towards, an agreement).
• Sending you a few reminders about your own request, for example a link to the questionnaire. This is not a newsletter and stops as soon as you respond or ask us to stop.
• Carrying out and administering your project, including invoicing (agreement and legal obligation).
• Showing project photos in our portfolio, only with your consent.

4. Our customer system

Requests and project files are stored in our own secured customer system (CRM). It holds your contact details, your request, your questionnaire answers, correspondence and quotes. The system runs in our own environment within the European Union, is only accessible with a personal account and uses role-based access: the craftsman carrying out your project only sees the projects assigned to him.

5. Who we share data with

• Craftsmen and partners: only the data of your own project, as far as needed to carry out the work and contact you.
• Hosting and e-mail provider: to run the website, the customer system and e-mail (servers within the EU).
• Accountant: for the financial administration.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you contact us via WhatsApp yourself; Meta's terms apply.

We never sell your data and do not share it for third-party advertising.

6. Cookies and online advertising

For the functioning of the website we only use necessary storage: your cookie choice is kept locally in your browser (local storage “rnv-consent”, 6 months). To measure and improve our advertising we additionally use, only with your consent, services from Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics; cookies such as _gcl_au, approx. 90 days) and Meta (Meta Pixel; cookie _fbp, approx. 90 days). As long as you do not give consent, these cookies are not set. We do not use a cookie wall: the website works fully without consent.

Google and Meta process personal data (such as your IP address and your behaviour on our site) partly in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: the Google privacy policy and the Meta privacy policy.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via cookie settings (also at the bottom of every page). Fonts are loaded via Google Fonts; this technically passes your IP address to Google. Campaign parameters (such as utm and gclid) are only sent along with your own request so we know through which page or ad you found us.

7. How long we keep data

• Request without an assignment: at most 2 years after the last contact.
• Project file and quotes: up to 2 years after completion, then only what is legally required.
• Invoices and administration: 7 years (Dutch tax retention duty).
• Portfolio photos: as long as you do not withdraw your consent.

8. Security

The connection to this website and to our customer system is encrypted (TLS). Access to data is limited to staff with a personal account, strong passwords and a role that fits their work. Actions in the customer system are logged.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Send your request to info@roneva.nl; we respond within four weeks. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
